Terms and Conditions for Upgrade Pricing

  1. All Prices are in U.S. Dollars.
  2. All prices are subject to change without notice.
  3. All terms are subject to change without notice.
  4. Upgrade pricing is only for registered users of Lotto Sorcerer or Lotto Sorcerer's Apprentice.
  5. Upgrades are available only to the registered owner only, and are not transferable.
  6. You must supply name, serial number and registration code of your older program upon request.
  7. Upgrades are for name and registration code only via email or regular (surface) mail. No CD or any other media is shipped.
  8. Only one upgrade per name/serial number/registration code. To preserve the rights of the true registrant, we reserve the right to refund the upgrade price submitted if we suspect the upgrader is not the true registrant.
  9. Registration codes will be sent by email, if an email address is provided. Otherwise, registration codes will be sent via surface mail.
  10. Upgrading approval is at sole discretion of Satori Publishing for any reason. We will refund received payment for upgrading if upgrading is disallowed.
