Subscription Troubleshooter

Important! Make sure your "Remote Database" setting in Preferences > Interface is set to "Primary". The Mirror database is no longer available.

Before using this troubleshooter, please make sure that you have the most recent version of Lotto Sorcerer installed on your computer.*
*Version 9.3 for version 9 users, 8.9 for version 8 users, or version 7.9 for version 7 users.

Use Lotto Sorcerer's menu item "Lottery Data > Lottery Data Subscription > Check Subscription Status". What does it report?

Check Subscription Status

  2. It says "ACTIVE"
  3. It says "CANCELLED"
  4. It says "EXPIRED"
  5. It says that it cannot connect to the remote database
  6. Nothing happens
