We need your serial number that we have on file in order to locate your records. This is your "old" serial number.

You can find your old serial number in the email we sent you which contains your registration code. An example is shown below, with the serial number highlighted in red.

Important Note: we need your most recent serial number. If you have ever replaced your registration code in the past, we need the serial number that is paired with that replacement registration code, because the original serial number was retired.
